The Golden Koi is a Yum cha restaurant located in North Point, Hong Kong, owned by Mrs. Chu.
The Golden Koi restaurant acts as a meeting place for many of the Water Street Gang, a faction of the Sun On Yee triads.
Mrs. Chu's son, Winston, does much of his dealing out of the back of the Golden Koi. Wei Shen goes there to accept work from Winston.
It was discovered in the mission Bad Luck that the Golden Koi does deliveries, and utilizes brown custom Movit Vans for them.
